**What you will do**:

- Conduct cost and efficiency analysis for all GLSC related projects and studies via the development of appropriate templates & models.
- Support in defining of business problems via gathering of information and in-depth investigation of operational insights.
- Prepare regular GLSC management KPI reports & presentation materials as and when needed.
- Support implementation of GLSC projects in business data visualization, system integrations, continuous process improvements, and supply chain management tools.
- Support the development of GLSC policies and procedures in accordance with corporate policies and requirements.

**What we look for**:

- A good degree in Finance, IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience within a MNC environment in the supply chain & logistics domain; preferably with prior experience as a Business/Financial Analyst.
- Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and present data insights for business decisions.
- Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, BI techniques and using of any **data visualization tools **is preferred.
- Good working knowledge in any ERP systems, preferably in SAP
- A team player with good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills; possess excellent command of English.
- Enthusiastic individual with good initiative and learning attitude; embraces challenges in a dynamic environment.
- Inquisitive, constantly probing, to go above and beyond

- Verbal, analytical - identifying business insights, improvements, willing to highlight issues (to drive change)
- Confident in doing presentation (Middle to Senior Management)
