Public Relations Coordinator

**We are recruiting for Public Relations Coordinator for Singapore (6 months contract).**

**Accountabilities**:

- Support in building media relations and develop media list and contacts within APAC region.
- Prepare and organize FAM trips and develop itineraries to support regions and leverage media coverage.
- Establish and maintain good media relationships within APAC region and markets.
- Create and submit daily media reports and coverage reports in coordination with PR agencies.
- Work closely with Regional Manager PR to undertake general administrative and clerical duties including running mail, collecting/ distributing documents & materials, bill payments, filing, photocopying and other related administrative duties.
- Organise and coordinate Meets & Assist QR VIP Guests.
- Keep calendars (editorial, press conferences, events etc) and media lists updated for Regional PR Managers on all ongoing and upcoming activities in the region.
- Carry out research work and planning of regional PR activities, and evaluate the same with Regional PR Manager.
- Documents important points and task assignment for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit during meetings.
- Assist and coordinate with Regional PR Manger in providing effective administrative support and coordination with QR Offices/ departments, colleagues, supervisors, senior management, media outlets, vendors, visitors/ guests and other external clients.
- Prepare media materials such as press releases, newsletter, reports, PR metrics, speeches and presentation for the managers review and approval.
- Liaise with PR agencies for weekly and monthly reporting and subsequently share it with the Regional PR Manager and Regional Manager Corp Comms.

Qualifications
- High school qualification/ Vocational Qualification/ Diploma or Equivalent with minimum 3 years of job-related experience
- The ability to work independently, as well as function as part of a team is required.
- Ability to work under pressure with little supervision in a fast paced environment and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A professional manner for interaction with internal/ external high-level position is necessary.
- Good problem solving, strong administration skills and good writing skills.
