**Job Summary**: Our client aims to be a leading real estate investment manager and currently manages assets on behalf of institutional clients and private investors worldwide. The company was set up to focus on long term investment and strives to generate strong risk-adjusted returns for the investors over the long haul. Their team has a collective investment track record with over 70 years of experience investing in Japan real estate, investing over US$20 billion across various real estate classes. The team’s local connections and deal sourcing capabilities are unique.

They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Capital Raiser with 5-10 years of experience in the industry to join their team in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with investors from the US, Europe or the Middle East
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies for real estate investment opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify potential investors and fundraising opportunities
- Create marketing materials and presentations to promote investment opportunities
- Work closely with the investment team to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities
- Participate in due diligence and underwriting activities for real estate investments
- Manage the closing process for real estate investments, including negotiating and executing legal documents
- Provide regular updates to investors on the performance of investments
- Attend industry conferences and events to stay up to date on market trends and network with potential investors

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in real estate capital raising, with a strong network of contacts in the US, European or Middle Eastern investment community
- Proven track record of successfully raising capital for real estate investments
- Experience with a variety of fundraising strategies, including equity, debt, and joint venture structures
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is a plus.
