
Company Secretary

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support
- Prepare business documents, reports, and meeting materials
- Assist in setting up new business entities and managing necessary documentation and processes
- Liaise with relevant government agencies, vendors, and service providers on business registration and compliance matters
- Maintain accurate records and filings in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Support accounting duties such as invoicing, expense tracking, petty cash, and monthly reporting
- Coordinate with external accountants or auditors where needed
- Ensure timely submission of statutory filings and license renewals
**Requirements**:
- Immediate availability preferred
- Prior experience in administration or personal assistant roles
- Familiarity with Singapore’s business setup process and basic corporate regulations
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with bookkeeping or accounting software
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**:
- Experience in liaising with ACRA, IRAS, or other local authorities
- Knowledge in corporate governance or simple contract review
- Background in supporting business registration or compliance work
Pay can be discussed.
