**About the Role**:
We are seeking a proactive and technically accomplished Technical Lead to drive the next phase of our product development and deployment. This is an opportunity to grow and be mentored by two PhD mechanical engineers, sharpening your expertise in deep-tech HVAC solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping Greenbix’s technology roadmap, leading R&D, and delivering innovative projects for our clients.
- Position: Hybrid (Singapore-based)
- Compensation: Flexible—equity, cash, or hybrid options available

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) from a reputable university
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HVAC engineering or research, with a proven track record of technical leadership
- Strong project management skills; able to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Singapore-based or able to work in Singapore

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a technology roadmap aligned with Greenbix’s business and sustainability objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives to advance our HVAC solutions, ensuring products meet market needs and regulatory standards
- Design and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient system architectures
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage
- Oversee end-to-end project implementation, from site visits and technical consultation to installation, maintenance, and warranty supportCollaborate closely with manufacturers, contractors, and other value chain partners
