We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **IT Program Engineer**to provide support to project requests and IT infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle L1 operations & support duties
- Assist in troubleshooting and providing technical support for IT infrastructure related issues
- Support and respond to user project / change requests, operational, cyber alerts and incidents
- Provide support to the programme management team in areas of technical solution analysis, planning, coordination, implementation and testing
- Prepare project-related reports and documentation for the PMO team
- Maintain and update IT asset inventory, including tagging and tallying of assets.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure service standards and service level agreements are fulfilled

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- IT qualification with at **least 1-2 years**of relevant work experience / background
- Possess **hands-on experience supporting IT infrastructure**(such as troubleshooting / issue resolution, performance monitoring, etc.)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Experience in Programming / Coding (such as C#, Java, JavaScript) will be an advantage

**Preferred / Desirable Requirements**:
Knowledge and/or practical experience in **one or more**of the below areas will be an advantage
- Programming / Coding (such as C#, Java, JavaScript)
- DevOps/DevSecOps
- Virtualisation and/or Cloud Computing (such as AWS, Azure)
- Database and Storage
- Middleware and Services
- Cybersecurity (such as best practices, system hardening, threat and vulnerability management)
- Windows/Linux server administration
- Hardware, Infrastructure and Network
- Software/Systems integration across one or more software/hardware components
- Service delivery and management
