- Handling quotations, proposals and tenders
- Handling orders, review PO and contract
- Set up, implement, manage and support E-commerce (Faxination, webstore, EDI & portal)
- Follow Customer Service Level Guidelines, balancing customer needs and Gore needs and able to say “No” to customers
- Provide customer phone support and ensuring phone coverage
- Partner with cross functional members of the Account and Product teams (i.e., Field Sales, Product Specialists, Application Engineers, Planners, Finance, and Logistics etc.). Monitor and communicate any issues to these appropriate associates
- Provide feedback and actively participating in process improvements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalents
- Minimum 5 years experience in Customer Service in B2B environment
- Experience with all aspects of the customer support and OTC activities: generating quotations, processing sales orders, handling after-sale issues (e.g., RMAs, Complaints etc.)
- Experience with JDE ERP, Sales Force, Quality Systems and other IT tools.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, meticulous, able to work independently
- Flexibility, prioritization, organizational, follow-through and multitasking skills to accommodate a large, complex workload in a fast-paced environment
- Team player and not calculative or selective in work, willing to support others
- Ability to travel up to 5%
