This is an opportunity join a dynamic and growing debt financing platform with a unique mandate, on the intersection of private credit, project finance, blended finance and ESG finance benefitting from exceptional support from world-class shareholders, strategic partners and Singapore-based stakeholders.

The role will focus on leading borrower and market coverage, origination and execution of debt financing mandates across senior, junior, mezzanine, convertible and project finance debt in innovative infrastructure businesses across emerging Asia.

The role requires an entrepreneurial hunger, a “can-do” bias, a track record of innovation, vision for the target sectors, exceptional credit skills and exceptional ability to drive deals to successful execution. In return, the position offers the opportunity to shape the development of a high-impact financing platform, to own and drive the deployment of capital towards innovative infrastructure opportunities in the region, contribute to the development on new strategies, financing products and approaches in emerging Asia infrastructure finance.

**Responsibilities**
- Originate, structure and execute debt financing transactions in Southeast Asia (primarily) and South Asia, with a focus on “marginally bankable” sustainable infrastructure (including, but not limited to, renewables and storage, sustainable transport/ clean mobility, waste, water and circular economy, other “green” infrastructure)
- Lead end-to-end deal origination and execution, including, due diligence, negotiation, preparation of internal approval memos, documentation, commitment and drawdown
- Take lead on presenting and defending deals at Investment Committee
- Pro-actively cover the assigned market/ sector, including coverage of key market players, with the objective of establishing strong dealflow and establishing the Company as the go-to financing provider for non-standard, innovative, differentiated debt financings for sustainable infrastructure
- Monitor and manage the portfolio of originated transactions, pre-empt waivers and consents, manage restructuring processes if required
- Support discussions with capital providers, including shareholders, strategic partners, catalytic capital providers and other sources of capital in conjunction with the CEO
- Work with the team, the CEO, strategic partners, shareholders and other market stakeholders to contribute to the establishment of the Company as a differentiated and valuable provider of debt finance for sustainable infrastructure in Asia
- Individuals with connections in the Japan and Korea market will be preferred as the organization is looking to grow our market of the respective clientele
- Mentor and train junior team members

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the relevant functions
- Graduate with at least a relevant Degree or above relevant qualifications for the role
- The incumbent preferred to be able to speak in Korean as the role will be required to handle and manage Korean clients from a day to day aspect
