**About the Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Management Executive to join our team and drive capital-raising initiatives. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in securing funding to fuel the growth and success of our organization. **Key Responsibilities**
- Develop Capital-Raising Strategies: Identify funding requirements and create detailed strategies to secure investments.
- Engage with Investors: Build and maintain relationships with investors, venture capitalists, and financial institutions.
- Prepare Financial Documentation: Craft compelling business proposals, pitch decks, and financial models to attract potential investors.
- Conduct Market Research: Analyze market trends to identify funding opportunities and assess potential risks.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with finance, legal, and business development teams to align capital-raising activities with company objectives.
- Manage Fundraising Campaigns: Lead end-to-end fundraising campaigns, including negotiations, due diligence, and closing.
- Monitor Fund Utilization: Ensure that raised funds are allocated and used effectively in alignment with organizational goals.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and maintain transparent reporting for stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in capital raising, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
