Thirsty is an online craft beer retailer and we are looking for an E-Commerce Assistant to join our Commercial team to manage our e-commerce channel and marketplace business.

Reporting to the commerce lead you will understudy and assist her in the daily routines of online channel operation.

**What you need to accomplish**:

- Keep product listings up-to-date across all channels;
- Regularly refresh store layout, product mix and visual merchandising;
- Solve customer problems and provide exceptional and timely service resolution.

Success in this role means you handle every aspect of the day-to-day channel management and operations well, while constantly finding ways to improve shopper experience so craft beer lovers can find and shop beers easily anywhere online.

- Disciplined, organised, and meticulous;
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and take initiative

This is a full-time role based in Singapore. Both entry level or fresh grads (junior) and those with a few years of demonstrable successful track record in e-commerce roles (senior) are welcome to apply.
