**Your new role: Digital Planner / Senior Digital Planner**:
**Your Responsibilities**:
You will be reporting to the Media Director and working alongside 2 other Planners. You will own campaign performance, managing key strategic clients in the region & supporting the Head of Media in both digital and/or traditional media planning and buying for clients, including:

- **Manage client relationship** through the campaign life cycle: from **requirement gathering and campaign scoping & planning through to execution and reporting**:

- Develop media strategy, channel/ platform recommendations and prepare the detailed media plan
- Working closely with Media team members to create media strategies to achieve client’s performance marketing goals using **search, paid social, programmatic and other media channels**:

- Negotiate with media owners for better rates and value adds
- Book ads - both managed service and self-service across various platforms
- Collaborate with all media owners and internal teams to ensure all deliverables are met/launched on time and optimized throughout the campaign duration
- Maintain accurate, accessible and organized documentation
- Together with Media Director, engage clients on day-to-day operations, media trend updates and various campaign reports on local/regional/global levels
- Weekly digital reporting, end of campaign reporting (eg. using Supermetrics as a connector to Data Studio) and reconciliation of final costs for finance billings
- Responsible for the creation and delivery of key presentations for the clients

**Qualifications**:
Need a driven individual who is not afraid of aggressive deadlines and can work autonomously. Someone who has exceptional attention to detail, coupled with excellent organizational skills. A person of analytical mindset, someone who can easily identify & explain variance from targets.
- Minimum 2 years of digital media experience and at least 4 years of ad agency experience
- Some experience with traditional media will be an advantage
- **Hands-on Performance Marketing experience within Programmatic, Display, Paid Search & Paid Social**:

- Proficient in Digital Media Platforms, including but not limited to Google Search, GDN, YouTube, and Facebook Ads, demand-side platforms such as Trade Desk, Teads, Inskin, and AdForm
- Strong project management skills — to organize, prioritize tasks & work under tight timelines, and communicate early enough if you need additional support or resources
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication and people skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams
- Ability to operate in line with Head of Media’s instructions autonomously with little supervision
- Strong performance inclination with an athlete’s mindset - with an ambition to strive for excellence and kick goals with a view to continuously improve
