Job Description

Responsibilities- Update the SAP system for treasury transactions, including inputting new loan/IRS transactions, settling loan/IRS interest payments, creating rollover periods and input rates- Record new and rollover transactions in the summary banking spreadsheet, which serves as the repository of the company treasury transactions- Update the monthly CapitaLand China Trust Management Limited (CLCT) debt report- Maintain and update the MTM schedule/spreadsheet on a quarterly basis- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks such as preparing instruction letters to the HSBC Trustee and coordinating bank documents for updating the HSBC Trustee mandate between the Trustee and China SPV etc.- Prepare overseas/local courier slips and collection of CLCT’s mail from the internal mailroom- Support with any other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, or any other related disciplines- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel- Ability to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately- Detail-oriented and meticulous
