**Job Summary**:
The Customer Service Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring that every client enjoys a seamless and delightful experience from the moment they enter our salon. This position is responsible for overseeing the customer service team, managing client interactions, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the salon.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and inspire the customer service team to deliver exceptional service.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, address challenges, and share best practices.
- Provide training and ongoing support to ensure team members are well-equipped to meet client needs.
- **Client Interactions**:

- Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome throughout their visit.
- Handle inquiries, appointments, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively, aiming for high levels of satisfaction.
- **Appointment Management**:

- Coordinate and manage salon appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling and efficient use of resources.
- Monitor and confirm appointments, communicating any changes or delays to clients.
- **Communication**:

- Effectively communicate with clients about salon services, promotions, and product offerings.
- Collaborate with salon staff to relay important information and updates to the team.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Uphold the salon's standards of service excellence and ensure that all team members adhere to established procedures.
- Gather client feedback and use it to implement improvements in service delivery.
- **Upselling and Product Knowledge**:

- Educate clients on salon services, products, and promotions to enhance their experience.
- Encourage and support the team in upselling salon products and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in the beauty or salon industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with salon services and products.
- Leadership and team management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
