**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess and determine the creditworthiness of SMEs and individuals by analyzing financial data, credit reports, and other relevant information.
- Evaluate potential risks in credit offerings based on payment histories, financial health, industry trends, and economic conditions.
- Develop, implement, and monitor credit risk policies and procedures to maintain effective risk management across the organization.
- Use or enhance credit scoring models to quantify risks and support lending decisions.
- Manage the credit portfolio by monitoring risks, analyzing performance, and devising risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and compliance requirements in credit risk management.
- Communicate credit assessments, decisions, and strategies to senior management and relevant teams.
- Any other task assigned by management.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Min 5 years of experience in credit risk, underwriting, or portfolio management, with a demonstrated progression of skills.
- Solid understanding of financial principles, credit risk metrics, and accounting.

- Proficiency in software tools for credit analysis, risk modeling, and portfolio management.
