**Responsibilities**:

- Assess the creditworthiness of SME working capital and personal loan applicants through in-depth financial analysis.
- Evaluate repayment capacity to ensure loan approvals align with the company’s risk appetite.
- Develop, implement, and maintain credit policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Continuously review and refine credit risk frameworks to adapt to market conditions.
- Monitor loan portfolios to identify risk concentrations and ensure proper risk diversification.
- Ensure adherence to Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and legal teams to align credit risk strategies with business objectives.
- Provide training and mentorship to relationship managers and credit analysts on credit risk best practices.
- Prepare regular credit risk reports for senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, and recommendations.
- Utilize data analytics tools to enhance credit decision-making and improve credit scoring models.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are an advantage.
- 6-10 years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in SME lending or personal loans.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing credit risk strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and assess creditworthiness.
- Deep understanding of MAS regulations and credit risk frameworks in Singapore.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling high-pressure situations.
- Adaptability to evolving market and regulatory landscapes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
