We are currently seeking a dynamic **Solar O&M Technician **in **SINGAPORE **with a track record to help

sustain the growth of the Company, playing an active role in the development, construction, and

execution of the projects.

You will get the support of other members of LYS Energy to complete the deliverables and engage as

a team with the various stakeholders.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Preventive maintenance of Photovoltaic (PV) plants to ensure plants are in optimal and safe

operating condition;
- Corrective maintenance from fault detection to fault rectification, including liaising with the

client’s HSE / facility team, subcontractors, suppliers, and logistics partners;
- Other maintenance task to ensure optimal plant performance;
- Credential management to ensure equipment credentials are trackable;
- Health and safety execution to ensure adherence to workplace safety practices;
- Setting up and ensuring smooth operation of public displays;
- Supporting testing and commissioning activities for newly installed projects to ensure PV system is
- built to specification and safe for operation;- Performance monitoring of PV System to ensure all systems are within expected operating
- conditions;- Ensuring all documents are created and organized accordingly;
- Data analysis to identify root cause of system faults;
- Reporting inclusive monthly / performance report and service/inspection report;
- Inventory management to ensure all spare part are tracked.

**Job Requirements/ Qualifications**

/ Graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualification;
- 1-2 years of experience in the Solar O&M industry or electrical industry will be a plus. Entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proactiveness and self-driven with good working attitude;
- Team player with strong sense of responsibilities;
- Ability to work under pressure and adaptable to changes is necessary;
- Strong command in English.
