**Responsibilities**
This role will support the CFO and will assist in maintaining and developing the function’s capabilities and skills to meet ongoing business growth, needs and plans.
- Review of reconciliation and month end closing files
- Handle full set of accounts for multiple operating entities
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports in accordance with relevant accounting standards
- Work closely with Business and Operations for investigation purposes to ensure accuracy
- Support the Finance team in executing established financial controls to ensure accurate and timely reporting of the group’s financials by performing Month End financial closing activities, including Journal Postings, Account reconciliations, Balance Sheet Substantiation and Analysis and Month End cut off control checks.
- Identify areas for improvement and drive changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Finance processes through automation.
- Lead/Support the team in any related tasks or projects.

- Minimum 8 to 10 years accounting and/or audit experience, with at least 2 to 3 years in a supervisory capacity
- Familiar with handling full set of accounts, financial controls, tax transfer pricing and other tax matters
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills and take charge attitude
- Able to work independently, take ownership of tasks assigned and with good communication skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Knowledge of or interest in crypto assets or blockchain technology is not necessary but would be advantageous
- Knowledge of Python coding or any other programming language would be highly advantageous
