FastGig (a sister company of FastJobs) is expanding and we are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales people to join the team as Client Success Account Managers

- a patient Farmer; can build and maintain strong, long-lasting Client relationships.
- comfortable to converse and handle Clients who may only be able to deal in Mandarin.
- able to be the main point of contact for assigned Client accounts.
- good with grasping Clients’ needs and objectives.
- a timely problem solver and always thinking strategically while playing by the rules set.
- seasoned in admin work, detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-up skills.
- passionate about B2B Sales and self-motivated by bringing in revenue.
- willing to learn the ropes (with a positive attitude) that will help you be successful in this role.
- able to communicate effectively (written and spoken) and negotiate very well.
- equipped with the ability to connect with people internally and externally.

- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand clients' needs, pain points, and business challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities (farming).
- Collaborate with internal Teams to align efforts with company goals and customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
