**Direct Search Global is working with a fast-growing outpatient diagnostics imaging clinic chain to fill the role of Head Of Operations in Singapore. This clinic chain is backed by a Korean private-equity firm. The clinics are in CBD.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Leads, oversees, and manages teams of clinical operations across all clinics in Singapore.
- Directs and manages clinical overview of all departments.
- Develops effective work plans, including but not limited to identifying correct resources, staffing, SOPs, and space required in every work unit.
- Ensures sufficient resources are available for the healthcare service providers to provide high quality care.
- Provides in-house training to clinic managers, team leaders and relevant healthcare staff.
- Improve and enhance processes and procedures of the clinics to improve productivity.
- Ensures a safe and healthy workplace for all personnels and complies with the regulations.
- Works closely with the senior management team to align the company direction and discuss efforts working towards the company direction.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in healthcare clinical operations with 5 years in a managerial role. Preferably in radiography clinics or hospital settings.
- Strong communication and organizing skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
