**T24 Technical Lead - Private Banking**

**General Overview**

We are seeking a seasoned T24 Technical Lead to oversee complex development initiatives within the Private Banking domain. This role demands deep expertise in Temenos technologies and strong leadership in driving technical solutions, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**

Functional & Technical
- Lead development and delivery on T24 and TAFJ R23+ platforms in a multi-company, multi-app server setup
- Design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure solutions using Temenos technologies
- Collaborate in a SAFe Agile environment; participate in ceremonies and sprint reviews
- Resolve RTB issues and ensure production stability
- Deliver robust integration through Interaction & Streaming frameworks, MQ, JBOSS
- Build and maintain custom solutions using Design Studio, GitLab, JIRA, SQL Developer, AWA, and Temenos Unit Test framework
- Monitor system health using Tivoli, Dynatrace, Splunk

Stakeholder & Client Management
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, Project Managers, and Change Engineers
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Supervisory & Architectural Oversight
- Drive technical design reviews and enforce architectural guidelines
- Mentor development squads, manage resource allocation and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with platform blueprints, security standards, and estimation frameworks

️ Regulatory & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and risk management standards
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate development and delivery risks

Platform Guardrails
- Adhere to BJB development standards and T24 best practices
- Maintain accurate documentation and traceability across all development artifacts
- Collaborate with system architects, PMs, and test management to uphold platform quality

**Required Skills & Experience**

Technical Expertise
- T24 and TAFJ R23+ with hands-on experience
- Multi-Company and multi-app server implementation experience
- Skilled in Design Studio, job schedulers, SQL Developer, cloud environments
- Temenos Unit Test framework expertise
- Deep knowledge of T24 COB and Services frameworks
- Integration framework, IRIS, Outbox Streaming, MQ, JBOSS

Desirable Skills
- T24 upgrades, migration and data archiving experience
- Familiarity with Tivoli, Dynatrace, Splunk
- Understanding Oracle DB, Linux shell scripting
- Deployment and infrastructure architecture insights

**Professional & Personal Attributes**
- Minimum 15 years of hands-on T24 development experience
- Strong functional understanding of Private Banking and Financial modules
- Experience with SWIFT messaging, STP processes
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
- Systematic, meticulous, and service-oriented team player
