**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians specializing in waterproofing.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of waterproofing projects.
- Inspect and assess existing waterproofing systems to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
- Monitor ongoing projects to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with company standards and client specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during maintenance or repair work.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project managers to provide updates and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role within the waterproofing or construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of waterproofing techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise and train a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce safety protocols on-site.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients and team members professionally.
