A **Project & Maintenance **Supervisor **who oversees both new & existing clients’ facilities maintenance and upgrading works at various locations. The Supervisor is responsible for supervising and lead a team of in-house technicians/workers to perform maintenance works and/or general building works.

The Supervisor is required to supervise project and maintenance activities and ensure that works are carried out in a safe environment, be observant and perform quality checks for the activities carried out. The Supervisor is also expected to work with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish his works.

**Job Description.**
- Able to coordinate and supervise the works of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
- Able to ensure that all building maintenance/repair/replacement works are carried out within acceptable standard of workmanship.
- Able to attend to urgent complaints and carry out maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of M&E Services.
- Able to take stock of inventory such as tools, equipment and consumables assigned for works.
- Able to attend to enquiries, feedbacks and/or complaints of breakdown and service requests.
- Able to provide daily updates and work progress back to office.
- Able to conduct onsite risk assessment and toolbox meeting briefing.
- Able to carry out all other duties diligently and responsibly, when assigned.

**Job Requirement.**
- Minimum Nitec in Electrical / Mechanical / Facility Technology / Facility Management.
- Preferably with Three Year experience in Building Maintenance / General Building works.
- Experience with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, diagnosis, rectify any fault and perform repair works on VRV, DX system, Chilled Water Air Side FCU will be an advantage.
- Possess Class 3 Driving License and willing to travel to various sites.
- Physically fit and able to work as a Team in a fast-paced environment.
