**Position Summary**:
As a **Project Manager **with the **Global Ads Product Strategy Department, **you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the Rakuten Web Search business and Media business. This role involves managing a geographically diverse team, collaboration with the development team, identifying new revenue opportunities, and supporting marketing initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Foster a collaborative and productive relationship with the development team based in Singapore, ensuring cost containment and effective project delivery.
- Identify, evaluate, and identify revenue enhancement opportunities while safeguarding existing revenue streams.
- Maintain good rapport with the Singapore-based development team.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crisis, and devise contingency plans.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, including aspects of process development and execution.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to converse in both English and Japanese as you will be required to liase with stakeholders based in Japan
- Understanding of digital marketing, including advertising and software engineering.

Pay: Up to $10,000.00 per month
