**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Active acquisition and outreach to New and Potential Donors, Corporates and Partners for the U Care Fund
- Develop a thrust and strategy on specifically cultivating and growing the donor pool beyond our current ecosystem.
- Devise and execute Fundraising Programmes and Initiatives to bring in fresh funds
- Actively engage partners to bring forth cross collaboration efforts with the objective of fund raising
- Active Relationship Building to nurture Unions and existing sponsors, donors and partners.
- Conduct satisfaction survey from both beneficiaries & donors
**Job Requirement**
- Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in account management, sales and marketing
- Results oriented personnel who have demonstrated good track record in handling business partnerships and account management
- Able to work independently to nurture relationships with corporates and partners.
- Experienced in planning and organising events and programmes
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Having a ready network of corporates and partners to outreach to is an added advantage.
