**Sales Engineer**

**Sales Management**:

Execution of sales actions plans and responsible for achieving the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets through:

- Maintaining good relationships with existing clients and understanding their business requirements by networking or regular business meetings;
- Conducting presentations and/or demonstrations to the customer about the solutions / services that are offered by the Company;
- Pursuing the business opportunity by following-up and effectively negotiating with the customer with the aim to establish a long-term sustainable relationship;
- Issuing timely and accurate quotations;
- Working closely with the technical department to ensure fulfillment of quotation;
- Assisting in the delivery when delivery schedule by Technical Department is full;
- Attending to customer complaints of non-delivery/poor service and resolving them.
- Proposing technical solutions to meet customers’ business needs;
- Addressing technical questions from customers.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate document including sales targets and actual sales figures, travel logs and weekly meeting reports.
- Actively participates in discussions and proposes improvements to sales processes.
- Compiles list of items that the Company is unable to calibrate or sell for the attention of the Sales Manager.
- Adheres to the sales procedures and Company’s policy.
- Any other sales management matters as reasonably required.
