
Sales Project Manager

**Responsibilities**
**Project Planning and Execution**:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing.
**Technical Expertise**:
- Provide frontline support, problem solving with factory backend support
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Collaborate with laser engineers to develop innovative solutions.
- Evaluate and select appropriate laser systems and components for project requirements.
- Manage project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Understand customer needs and translate them into project requirements.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure project deliverables meet their satisfaction.
**Team Leadership**:
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to team members.
**Requirements:
- **
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/ mechanical, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales / project management, preferably in the laser industry.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to travel to India or domestic to customer site (50% of time)
- Fluency in Hindi would be a plus
- PMP certification would be a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
