1. Role Description:

2. Specific Responsibilities:
1.The Trainee shall build client relationships to develop potential sales opportunities, and increase business opportunities and networking.
The Trainee shall work closely with internal stakeholders to increase product knowledge to service existing clients, and able to pitch to potential clients effectively
2.The Trainee shall develop good relationships with Architects, Consultants, Contractors and other industry stakeholders to push products to the market
3.The Trainee shall work closely with the Director to pursuit for new client opportunities to increase sales revenue
4.The Trainee shall be responsible for negotiating of commercial contracts regionally

3. Competencies:
1. Build on existing client relationships to develop potential sales opportunities & work closely with internal stakeholders to increase product knowledge to service existing clients
2.Develop good relationships with Architects, Consultants, Contractors and other industry stakeholders to push products to the market
3.Pursuit for new client opportunities to increase sales revenue
4.Negotiating of commercial contracts regionally

4. Duration of Traineeships: 6 months

5. Approved Training Allowance: Fresh Graduates - $2,500, Non-mature Mid-career Individuals - $2,500, Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $2,500

6. Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role Under SGUnited Traineeship:
This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non-mature). Graduates interested in this position should possess a Degree and above Qualification. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
