Our Client is an established company in Singapore, who is seeking to recruit a Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager **.**

**Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Manage project schedules, quality, communication and risk plans
- Participate in project plans, milestones and deliverables in consultation with Business Users and team of developers
- Build project schedules, quality plans, budgets, and communication and risk management plans
- Oversee the implementation of the project on a daily basis with regard to schedules, manpower and quality
- Assist with regular reporting on project status
- Initiate, organize and attend project meetings and ensure project teams are kept fully informed about project progress, tasks and involvement

**The ideal profile should have / be**
- Minimum 8 years of relevant IT experience with 1 to 2 years of project management experience
- Demonstrate prior experience in managing a small program management of 5 to 10 team members including service delivery, client relations, planning, scheduling, budgeting, financial management, resource management, QA, negotiation and management.
- Mature people management skills, budget management and experience in building teams
- Strong customer-service orientation. Works well in multicultural workplace
- Preferably to be able to front customer in technical/domain discussion and hands-on coding when necessary
