**Responsibilities**:
The Administrative Assistant will professionally manage the front desk and assist with other administrative work. A brief summary of the role will include:

- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
- Handle incoming phone calls via the phone system
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception counter
- Handle mail, couriers, and other consignment notes receipt
- Manage stationery and pantry items
- Operate point-of-sale terminal
- Providing other administrative support as and when required or assigned by the supervisor

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum ‘O’ Level holder or equivalent
- **Must be able to work on Saturday (half-day)**:

- Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferably with past related experience in the frontline with a positive attitude and with good telephone etiquette
- Mature attitude, friendly, and a pleasant personality
- Being able to start work on short notice would be an advantage
