IT Compliance
- Conduct compliance check on IT process and controls and identify non-compliance and work with stakeholders to remediate the non-compliance areas.
- Track progress of action items to ensure timely completion and reporting to IT management.
- Conduct annual Compliance Risk Assessments and Control Testing on regulatory requirements and internal IT controls and processes for reporting to senior management.
- Facilitate the end-to-end engagement for independent assessment or certifications by external assessors.
- Assist in driving the ongoing compliance against the organizational IT policies, standards and procedures and reporting to IT Management
- Identify and implement areas of improvements within IT for better productivity, better controls and higher efficiency on overall IT Operation.
- Provide oversight on access and activity reviews and managing relationship with third parties (i.e. vendor) to deliver the committed deliverables.
- Complete Client and Business Partner Due Diligence questionnaire for IT related domains/sections.

IT Assurance
- Manage relationships and interactions with auditors (internal/external/MAS) to ensure efficient facilitation and progress of audit activities.
- Engage IT stakeholders to self-identify issues and action items before start of internal audit and maintain the Management Self-Identified Issues (MSII) register.
- Engage IT stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of management responses, collation of artefacts, and escalation to IT management.
- Conduct quality-check and review of management responses, action plans and artefacts to ensure that they are relevant, consistent and in-line with IT governance documents, and that they adequately address auditors’ observations.
- Monitor and track progress of action items to closure without slippage.
- Conduct quality-check and validation of completed items before closure by auditors.
- Prepare timely reports to IT management on audit status.

Others
- Follow up on Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities.
- Participate in any assignments as delegated.
- Perform covering duties when team members are away.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum diploma or degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience; preferably in Insurance / Financial industry
- Familiarity with MAS Technology Risk Management, Cyber Hygiene, MAS Outsourcing and MAS Business Continuity Management requirement is preferred.
- Prefer Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Information Security Management System (ISMS) Lead Auditor or equivalent certification.
- Experience in the following areas are an added advantage: risk management, cloud, IT audit, DevSecOps information security.
- Possess good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to engage stakeholders from different businesses and levels.
- Analytical thinker, problem solver and possess excellent writing.
- Meticulous and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, function and deliver effectively in a fast-paced environment.
