- OtherStrategy, Research and Data Division (SRDD) leads in the forward and strategic planning of AIC using a data-driven and multi-disciplinary approach. We drive research and build thought leadership with partners and stakeholders towards the vision of fostering a vibrant care community that enables people to live well and age gracefully.

Within SRDD, the Strategic Planning team drives long-term planning and formulates an integrated and strategic view of programmes and enablement initiatives. We work closely with other AIC Divisions to sense-make emerging strategic issues impacting community care, translate insights and national policy into practical strategies and influence stakeholders for alignment. We also facilitate whole-of-AIC engagements with Ministry of Health for cross-cutting issues.

The Assistant Manager/Senior Executive will:

- Support strategic planning initiatives to contribute towards the development of AIC’s strategic plans
- Engage AIC divisions and various stakeholders for effective sense-making, and implementation of strategic plans
- Facilitate engagements and workshops/retreats with AIC Divisions and other stakeholders for strategic planning and effective sense-making as needed
- Support implementation of functions to improve AIC’s planning capability, for example developing frameworks to support prioritisation, and allocation of AIC’s resources, collating and assessing learning objectives for study trips
- Support AIC divisions to translate the impact of cross-cutting issues on their domain areas
- Support the development of content e.g. briefs and talking points for AIC principals’ engagements (on rotation basis), think-pieces
- Undertake forward scanning to build up AIC’s anticipatory capability

- Recognised degree in any discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in strategic planning, policy or corporate development, or experience in the health or social care sector will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with numbers and analysing data to derive insights
- Good project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Passion in serving the community care and public sector
- Self-motivated and conscientious
- Proactive self-starter who is able to work independently
- Strong willingness to learn
- Able to implement solutions in a complex environment
