- Preparing (or supporting HR Manager with) the full spectrum of HR operations, i.e., payroll processing, CPF submission, recruitment, IR8A/tax clearance, performance appraisals, employees’ welfare, employee induction & exit clearance, etc.
- Managing company insurance - group health, motor, office, etc.
- Reviewing employees’ reimbursement requests and submitting them for approval to HR Manager
- Supporting IT related works such as maintenance of employees' workstations (with assistance from the IT Team at the Head Office or an external service provider, when necessary).
- Handling new employees’ on-boarding process, including preparation of employment contracts.
- Registering and updating company profiles for the government and related agencies.
- Assisting the Finance Department in the corporate accounts relating to General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash, and Bank.
- Managing purchasing functions of the company, including identifying and selecting suppliers, negotiating terms on contracts.
- Coordinating office activities and corporate events.
- Updating and maintaining proper HR database and records.
- Any other project & duties assigned by Chief Executive Officer & managers.
**
- Bachelor degree qualification
- At least three years working experience in HR/General Affairs/Administration
- Good knowledge in Singapore Employment Act, CPF, and Income tax.
- Proficiency in MS Office such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in Korean - required to work closely with the Head Office in Korea
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously with a self-starting, pro-active approach
