**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Conceptualize the assembly process either in semi-auto, fully automatic machines or fixtures for new products with both quality and cost considerations.
- Study existing processes information related to assigned product to acquire the knowledge. Implement design reviews, DFM, lesson learn and FMEA to minimize potential failures. It comprises Process, QA and Product Design to gather all cross-functional feedback.
- Undertake pre-production improvement of new products with production and ensure that it conforms to quality requirements; assembly processes are established and capacity are sufficient for initial production.
- Continuously upgrade technical competency to meet changes in job requirements and new challenges.
- Share relevant knowledge and new ideas to solve manufacturing problems or needs. Gather & share of best practices, lessons learned (success & failure), prevent re-inventing, and challenge existing.
- Coach + train all engineers to increase their work efficiency, safety and quality of work.
- All activities & development must comply with laws & regulations and meet all safety & standard requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Profession certificate in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent.
- More than 3 years working in Precision Engineering, Automation or Connector manufacturing with good results.
- Ability to self-learn, good attitude, and able to work with various teams.
- Ability to design & develop assembly machine In-depth knowledge & experiences in area such as handling and machine design
- Excellent communication and customer orientation skills
- Good analytical & problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel to Malaysia and China as and when required
