We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer Intern to join our core engineering team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience building cutting-edge cryptocurrency trading systems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and enhance market data acquisition systems connected to multiple cryptocurrency exchanges, brokers, and OTC venues.
- Build ultra-low latency, high-throughput data feeds and exchange connectors.
- Continuously seek to improve the performance of our high-frequency trading (HFT) and low-latency execution systems.
- Work closely with senior management, including the Head of Engineering and CIO, on high-impact projects.
- Contribute to the development of execution algorithms that reduce trading costs and minimize market impact.
- Follow best practices for software development, including testing, documentation, version control, and deployment.
- Analyze and optimize the operational performance of trading systems.

What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in Python and C++.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience with Git and Github
- Experience building concurrent, distributed, or multi-threaded systems.
- Familiarity with low-latency messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, ZeroMQ).
- Experience with PostgreSQL or other structured databases.
- Solid understanding of networking, Linux, object-oriented programming, and distributed systems.
- (Bonus) Experience with HFT systems or low-latency trading infrastructure.
- (Bonus) Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technologies, and exchange APIs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
