**The Role**:
The College of Engineering (CoE) is looking for Assistant Director, Graduate Students. This management role is critical to ensure a steady supply and flow of quality graduate students to CoE in support of its pursuit for academic excellence. Together with Associate Dean of Graduate Students, the incumbent is responsible to create a thriving academic and social environment eco-system for graduate students. The success of the endeavor will contribute towards NTU's objectives as one of the top global university.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative and operational support to Associate Dean, Graduate Students in implementing policies and administering graduate programmes in CoE's pursuit of academic excellence
- Undertake horizon scanning of global higher education landscape to understand graduate education, market trends and future directions
- Strategize and plan graduate student outreach and recruitment
- Collaborate with and deepen ties within global alliance and partnership on graduate student such as Asia-Oceania Top University League on Engineering i.e. AOTULE and ASEAN University Network / Southeast Asia Engineering Education Development Network i.e. AUN/SEED-Net
- Act as the central Point of Contact (POC) and Resource staff on graduate student matters and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate efforts for Master of Science degree programmes and Continuing, Education & Training (CET) courses offered by Schools

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's, Master of Science's, or Doctorate degree from a recognized university, preferably in Science, Technology, or Engineering.
- Experience in an institution of higher education will be advantageous
- Ability to manage and work with various stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent project management skill
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills
- Resourceful team player with good interpersonal skills
- Self-driven and independent worker who takes initiative
