**About Our Client**:
Our client is in the automotive and manufacturing industry and has a worldwide pressence through its subsidiaries over 150 offices and 900 subsidiaries around the world. The business is very diverse, commercial, spanning industrial and consumer sectors.
- Work closely with Corporate GM to provide 1st line support to business unit management
- Assist in implementation, updating and maintenance of remuneration system, including salary and benefits
- Assist in reviewing and updating of HR policies to ensure alignment as per market practice
- Conduct employee orientation and exit interviews up to Managerial level, as required
- Handle recruitment and selection process up to Managerial level, as required
- Involved in sourcing of training courses and making appropriate recommendations
- Responsible as a window person with HQ's HR team pertaining all HR related issues for all expatriates
- Responsible for accuracy of monthly payroll administration
- Involved in Business partnering activities focusing on maintaining good employment
- Relations between employees and management
- Responsible for general office administration

**The Successful Applicant**:

- About 3 years of HR experiences
- Bachelor's degree in HR management or equivalent related
- Experienced in HR Rescource mapping, training & development, expatriates' management, recruitment
- Hands-on payroll and full cycle recruiting
- Good knowledge of MOM regulations
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
