**Job Summary**:
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to customers and ensuring seamless order processing and timely shipments.
**Essential Functions**:
- Responsible for processing and management orders with timely deliveries and shipments arrangement to be made in the most optimum manner.
- Preparing monthly order revenue report
- Liaise with internal team to ensure the production scheduling and on-time delivery
- Handle Sales Order Creation / Credit Note creation
- Responsible for maintaining/updating information in the database which are required for processing
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Responsible for creation on Proforma invoice / Sales quotation
**Required/ Preferred Education and Experience**:
- Skilled professional experience in health and customer service environments
- Ability to manage & multiple tasks concurrently
- Keen communication skills, interpersonal skills and friendly personality that facilitates ready establishment of rapport and sense of trust
- Able to adapt and respond effectively to a dynamic working environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint
