**Astek International **is proposing an opportunity for **Support Engineer (L1/L2) **to support our project based in **Singapore.
**Responsibilities**
- Define and maintain the overall guidelines and standard operating procedures of Technology & Operations across the region
- Design and implement Migration strategy to public cloud environments (Azure, Aliyun & GCP).
- Ownership of vulnerability management and patching policies
- Analyse problems, evaluate technical issues, test, maintain, modify, integrate, monitor technical infrastructure, and formulate technology recommendations while working with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain infrastructure architecture diagrams, solution architecture documents and other artifacts to guide implementations
- Develop, evangelise, and monitor the adoption of sound cloud security practices by working with market IT leaders
- Mentor other members of the Infrastructure Security and Security Incident Response Team
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and incident reviews and present technology recommendations while working with stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- With 8+ years of experience in managing infrastructure technology including servers and one or more public clouds (Azure, GCP, and Aliyun).
- Experience in managing Governance, Risk, Compliance in cybersecurity context for about 5 years.
- Proficient in managing SaaS based IAM solutions.
- Able to handle different vendors/suppliers in a professional way.
- Working knowledge of mid-large scaler workload migration to clouds.
- Possess exceptional communication skills and tailoring presentations to suit the audience.
- Maybe required to travel as and when needed.
