Role Summary:
Responsible for the development and management of a new fund in Tanoto Foundation, as well as international collaborative projects.

**Responsibilities**:
Medical Research Grant
- Support the initial setup of a Medical Research Fund, including developing the grant structure, administration, review and reporting framework.
- Develop and oversee standard terms and conditions for grant award letters and agreements.
- Upon launch, manage the whole grant cycle to ensure that grants are implemented effectively.
- Award: communicate with applicants, finalise legal agreements and award grants.
- Post-award: monitor, evaluate and submit progress report to the board.
- Organise medical research board meeting annually.
- Lead the management of the existing medical philanthropy grants.

Others
- Support the foundation’s involvement in international/regional collaborative projects in project and grant management.
- Other admin/reporting support as required.

**Requirements**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent; advanced degree desired.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in grants and project management.
- Healthcare/medical research/education development background is an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in working in a small & cross-country team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate details to partners, grantees, and board members.
