**[What you will be working on**]

Are you ready to shape the future of finance in one of the world's most dynamic financial hubs? The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is seeking a FinTech Innovation Programme Manager to spearhead our cutting-edge initiatives in the rapidly evolving world of financial technology.

As a FinTech Innovation Programme Manager, you will be at the forefront of transforming Singapore's financial landscape, turning innovative ideas into reality. You will be part of the Financial Infrastructure and Artificial Intelligence Office (FIA) - responsible for strategies and initiatives to foster the development of Singapore’s digital financial infrastructure, connecting markets globally and serving Singapore’s economy. You will help the financial sector harness leading technologies such as Digital Asset, AI and Quantum Computing and build industry wide utilities that could redefine the fabric of finance.

In this position, you will:

- Lead the delivery of industry wide FinTech projects, focusing on areas such as CBDC and Digital assets.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Develop strategies and initiatives to promote the safe and efficient use of emerging technologies in the financial sector.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess evolving technical, legal, and regulatory issues and risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business cases, engagement plans, and industry reports.
- Manage relationships with the financial industry in Singapore, other central banks, international organisations, and the FinTech community.
- Represent MAS at official meetings, industry conferences, and events.

**[What we are looking for]**
- Proven experience in managing complex projects within the financial sector
- Ability to manage stakeholders and multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment
- Experience in payments, capital markets or banking is preferred.
- Knowledge of emerging FinTech solutions and technology trends in the financial sector is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a track record of taking ownership and personal accountability to achieve objectives.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Team player capable of working effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
