**Responsibilities**
- Manage large amounts of WhatsApp inquiries, social media messages, and phone calls
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Someone who has equal rigor toward RCA while resolving customer complaints fast and effectively.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage our customers.
- Support ongoing NPS measurement via survey management and data analysis.
- Analyse the trend of NPS to identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
