[What the role is]

Senior Research Executive / Research Executive (Food Product Development)

[What you will be working on]
- Conducts advanced research, and new product research and development of ready to eat foods.
- Develop new and improved methods and systems for food processing, production, quality control, packaging, and distribution.
- Study methods to improve quality of foods, such as flavor, color, texture, convenience, or physical, chemical, and microbiological composition of foods.
- Plan and implement sensory analysis projects
- Work to improve carbohydrate quality and manipulation of macronutrient to lower the glycemic response and insulinemic response of ingredients and mixed meals.
- Support the development of healthier food prototypes with attention to details on the nutrition and regulatory requirements.

[What we are looking for]
- Qualification in Food Technology/Food Processing/Food & Nutrition related areas with minimum 2 years of experience in the industry
- Fresh graduates with the relevant skillsets will be considered
- Proven track record of working on industry-driven projects
- Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated diplomacy in building strong relationships with different stakeholders
- Knowledge in nutrition related projects will be an added advantage
