**Job Summary**:
Unity Group is currently seeking a M&A Due Diligence Analyst, responsible for supporting the due diligence review process for Prospects.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the overall research and due diligence process
- Analyze data, research, and organize findings into meaningful information
- Review documents and information contained in company datarooms
- Provide periodic updates to team on assigned projects

**Requirements**:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent education and/or experience required
- Highly proficient in the Microsoft product suite
- Must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively relate to and impact key internal and external audiences
- Ability to convey a professional and positive attitude, while fostering a team-based environment
- Ability to give and receive constructive criticism
- Organizational and time management skills to prioritize workloads and meet time sensitive deadlines required
- Demonstrate ability to protect confidential information
