MHA Finance Shared Services Centre (FSSC) serves to increase efficiency and improve customer experience in financial services of the ministry and the Home Team Departments (HTDs).

**What you will be working on**
- You will be part of the Service Management team that upholds service management standards of the FSSC and ensures quality and effective finance service delivery to the HTDs. You will be responsible for supporting stakeholder engagement to strengthen partnership and collaboration, optimizing the service delivery metrics and performance levels of the FSSC. This includes tracking SLA outcomes and following up on requests and feedback from a Service Request tool in a timely manner. You will be involved in finding innovative ways to scale the processes, improve engagement capability while ensuring that the stakeholder experience is at the forefront. You will work closely with Home Team Departments, coordinate regular engagement sessions to foster relationship and understand their business needs

**What we are looking for**
- a) Experience
- Qualification in Business or Finance-related fields is preferred
- Experience in account management, relationship management or business partnering is an advantage

b) Attributes
- Service-oriented attitude, resourceful, independent and able to work effectively in a team
- Committed to serve the ministry and the HTDs
- Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills in order to effectively and earnestly engage stakeholders towards common objectives and service improvement
- Competent in Microsoft Office products (e.g., MS excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Keen to work with systems
- Able to make sound recommendations in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify gaps and opportunities for service improvement and resolve stakeholders’ queries
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
