**SENIOR MANAGER (CORPORATE EVENT)**

**MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Management of and accountable for sales team
- Maintain effective workflow for and oversee individual sales performance and team sales performance
- Development and execution of marketing effort
- Pitch, plan and execute all events, including but not limiting to, dinners, awards, launches, exhibitions, seminars, conferences, parties, teambuilding, etc.
- Liaising with vendors, including but not limiting to, AV companies, venues, decorations, special effects, hosts, crew, photographers, videographers, logistics, designs, etc.
- Propose ideas to improve services and quality.
- Develop new sales ideas and market it to clients/team members
- Project and report potential sales target of up to 6 months in advance
- Canvassing for new clients and events
