**Role Title**:Head of Technology, WIB International

**Role location**:Singapore Based

**How will I help?**

As the Head of Technology, WIB International, you will be responsible to lead the Technology function across WIB International which includes our locations in UK, US, Germany, Singapore and China. You will be responsible for ensuring sustainable and efficient delivery across resource planning, service management, cybersecurity, operations & infrastructure, and transformation initiatives.

You will also:

- Act as the primary point of relationship management between Group Technology, ensuring business areas are supported in relation to technology strategy and during major technology incidents.
- Lead and drive the development and execution of the WIB Technology strategy including managing the simplification program and delivery of key transformation initiatives across the international business.
- Drive and promote a high-performance culture that embodies our organisational values of HELPS and enables a diverse workforce to reach its full potential.
- Lead and embed WIB International Technology risk culture. Ownership and resolution for all technology related compliance, operational risk, and audit items for the WIB Asia, European & Americas businesses (including periodic regulatory audit obligations).

**What do I need?**

This role suits somebody who is hands
- on and willing to tackle and lead a wide range of IT responsibilities. You will have strong commercial and strategic capability and be comfortable building strong and sustainable relationships across the WIB business. You will have experience formulating and operationalising a technology strategy across dispersed teams. Financial services sector experience is preferred.
