Working Hours: Either - Shift 1: Monday and Tuesday OR Shift 2: Thursday and Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (15hrs per week)

As we grow our footprint across Singapore, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Admin Assistant cum Accounting**staff to support daily business operations.

This is a full-time, hands-on role suitable for someone organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to a small, fast-paced team.

**What You'll Do**:
**Administrative & Logistics**:

- Manage office operations, including maintaining records in the ERP system, coordinating deliveries, and general office management.
- Handle inventory management, including shipping and customs clearance for sales deliveries.

**Accounting & Finance**:

- Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll and submit CPF.
- Assist in bank reconciliations, preparing financial reports, and submitting GST declarations.
- Send Statements of Account (SOA) and follow up on overdue payments.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and procedures.

**Who You Are**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting role.
- O/A level/Diploma with basic accounting knowledge.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Must be authorized to work in Singapore.
