**WHAT is this role about?**:
As the part-time accounts & admin assistant, you will assist the Manager, Corporate Development (Finance) to support the day-to-day finance, accounting and administrative needs of the Company and the Finance department. You may also be assigned adhoc administrative duties from time to time as well. This is a part-time role that requires you to be physically present in the office **3 days a week**.

A snippet of what you can expect to be doing on a day-to-day basis and under the guidance of the Manager, Corporate Development (Finance):

- Full spectrum of finance & accounting duties, including but not limited to: AP, AR, GL & Fixed Asset
- Preparation and sending out of invoices to customers, monitor collections and follow up on past due accounts
- Main liaison with bankers, corporate secretary, and tax agents
- Prepare, verify, and process monthly outgoing payment tranches
- Verify and process staff claims and related incentives according to company’s internal guidelines
- Assist with quarterly GST submission, annual financial statement filing and tax submissions
- Work with the Corporate Development team to provide support on finance or general administrative matters that may arise

**WHO should consider?**:
If you are someone who:

- Possesses or is currently pursuing a Diploma / Degree / Higher Nitec in accounting related fields or any professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA Australia, ICAEW)
- Is resourceful, independent and requires mínimal supervision or hand-holding
- Possesses a positive working attitude, is self-motivated and willing to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite and Google suite
- Able to commit to 3 full working days onsite
