**Event & Marketing Coordinator**

**Job Functions & Responsibilities**
- Meeting with customers to discuss the event and what they’re looking for
- Creating an event proposal that fits the customer's requirement
- Sticking to a budget as laid out by the customer
- Act as a key liaison between our internal staff and external customers.
- Scheduling manpower for events and working with Kitchen, Operations team, Marketing team, event vendors, and so on
- Prompt and ongoing communication with the customer to keep them up to date on any changes
- Adjusting event accordingly based on guest concerns and feedback
- Serving as the main contact point for any and all problems that arise during the events
- Networking and creating future sales opportunities at the event
- Day-to-day administrative work such as issuing invoices and collecting payments
- Coordinating multiple events at once
- Attending events to supervise and make sure everything goes as planned
- Maintain relationships with repeat guests & clientele
- Assist in developing, planning and selling of private functions

**Experience & Education Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma (preferably in related field)
- Ability to communicate efficiently with management teams, clients, and owners
- Flexible with scheduling, including evening, public holidays and weekend hours
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communications

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,300.00 per month
