**Junior Sushi Sous Chef**

**Salary up to SGD 5,000 (USD 3,700) per month**

**What you will be doing as a Junior Sushi Sous Chef**:

- Ensuring the finest quality of ingredients is used in the preparation of Sushi.
- Responsible for preparing traditional Japanese Sushi rice.
- Expertly prepare different types of fish
- Maintaining a clean work environment to prevent food contamination.
- Undertaking inventory checks of food supplies
- Reporting any defective kitchen items to the HOD
- Working closely with other Chefs of all levels

**You will be a great fit if you have**:

- Have experience as a Junior Sushi Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
- Been trained in traditional sushi preparation and presentation.
- Have excellent knowledge of all sections.
- The ability to produce excellent high-quality Japanese food.
- Good oral communication
- Have a high level of attention to detail.
- Have a good level of numeracy.
